Stayed for four days with my spouse. Beds were cozy and the room was normally clean. The personnel were quite helpful and pleasant and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large and the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and also the shower was excellent. Not a super social hotel at least during our stay.

The beds were comfortable and the other guests have been usually respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. This hotel was truly centrally located and the personnel at the reception were available at all the hrs. The beds had been comfortable and the people in the hotel had been generally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was nice.The air con was off and on, but wasn´t a big deal. Assuming that you are visiting Umalas you have to reserve this hotel. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are pretty clean. And a spectacular atmosphere.
